Community Nursing Care

Community nursing care provides clinical and personal nursing services to participants in the comfort of their own home. Our community nursing program can provide you with a variety of services which relate to your disability or your ongoing functional impairment in order to promote your independence and wellbeing. Our services include care post hospital discharge.

Community Nursing Care is provided to participants with complex support needs that are best met by skilled health professionals. We have a team of highly qualified Registered Nurses with expertise and experience in managing complex support needs in the community.

We provide support in:

• Complex Wound management

• Enteral (Nasogastric Tube – Jejunum or Duodenum) feeding and management
• Urinary Catheter management
• Tracheostomy Management
• Complex Bowel Care
• Subcutaneous Injections
• Epilepsy support.
• Daily medication administration and management
