Our Assist-Travel Transport program allows participants to complete daily tasks and meet their need to live a sustainable life. Our Support staff will facilitate your travel and transport needs which include training to use public transport or personal transport-related assistance.
We endeavor to foster independence of our clients and that is why we not only ensure our client is able to get from one point to another but also help to build their capacity to travel independently.
We would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land and pay our respects to the Elders both past, present and future for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hope of their people.
